Has the scent of anticipation ever enveloped your environment? Have you ever been so eager to feast upon an unknown yet familiar delicacy? A hog roast is just that. An opportunity to bask in the charcoal roasting ambiance of slow cooked pork. The aromas encapsulating your event, the anticipation of a great meal, will be something cherished and memorialized for years to come.
Our pigs are pasture raised and non gmo. They are slow roasted which allows for crispy skin and tender pork. They will be roasted at your event location, and depending on your needs most requests can be accommodated, including sides, serving plates, silverware, tables, chairs etc.
Who are we, why us?
What Types of events do we do?
Pretty much anything that you’d like us to cook for you. From weddings, to luncheons, picnics and to end of year corporate events, the sky is the limit!
How long does it take?
Depending on your event guest list this could vary. Averages are 3 hours for small lists, 4-6 hours for larger ones. Jason, need to put numbers to the small/larger events (ie: small 30-100 people, etc)
How much does it cost?
Costs can typically vary depending on your needs. From just the pig roasted at your event, to supplying cutlery, tables, sides and guest list numbers it can get confusing real fast. Contact us to let us know more about your event what you are looking for and how we can help.
How far will we travel?
A good party is always worth the travel, we don’t really have a specified area, but with 4 hours of Florence Alabama is what we currently service.
Caterer vs Chef for Hire.
We are chefs for hire vs caterers. Chefs for hire come to your location and cook using either your facilities, or ones we bring, then cook the food that you have purchased, from either us or other suppliers like farmers or grocery stores. It is something that allows for hot fresh food, completely customized for your needs, regarding food and service.
Do we sell whole pigs for you to roast yourself?
Yes we do. They are sold by the pound.
